What do I do when my phone has a block and I can’t take my inmate’s phone calls?

If you can't receive an inmate's call because of a phone block call Pay-Tel at 1-800-729-8355.  They will advise you about a block being on your phone or a block from the jail.  They will instruct you to contact us.  You will need to bring your valid photo identification and current phone bill.  The names and addresses must match.  You will then fill out a form.  It may take 24 to 48- hours to remove the block from your phone.
