Public Notice: Effective immediately, the Guilford County Scrap Tire and White Goods Collection Facility will no longer be open the first Saturday of each month. The expanded hours were designed to provide residents with easier access to the recycling services available to them without the commercial traffic that frequents the facility on weekdays. However, the lack of public use of the facility on these Saturdays has led to the decision to return to the original hours of operation: Monday through Friday, 8 am to 4 pm. For questions or additional information, please contact the facility at (336) 294-9431. |
