Well, the holidays are here again; time for jam-packed calendars, too much food and drink, stressing over the perfect gift, and not enough sleep.  But you know it doesn’t have to be that way.  You can choose to make your holidays less stressful and therefore, more healthful.  I encourage you to take the time to read and incorporate some of our healthy holiday tips into your life this year.
