Environmental Review Board

The Environmental Review Board (ERB) is a citizen board appointed by the County Board of Commissioners. ERB is an extra-governmental organization of knowledgeable citizens serving voluntarily to provide technical information and supplemental advice to the Guilford County Board of Commissioners. ERBs purpose is to hear and decide on environmental issues, maintain or improve the environmental conditions of Guilford County, and assure safe, healthful, and naturally pleasing surroundings for all inhabitants, present and future. Meetings
The Environmental Review Board is required to adopt an annual meeting schedule and normally meets the first Thursday of the month at 7:00 P.M. in Room 401, Fourth Floor Conference Room, Old County Courthouse, 201 W. Market Street, Greensboro. Please refer to the Meeting Schedule for specific dates. The ERB may hold special meetings that can be called at any time by the Chairman.
